SJPD Arrests Teacher for Possession of Child Pornography and Lewd & Lascivious Acts

San Jose, Calif. - The San Jose Police Department's Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force / Child Exploitation Detail (CED) arrested Lukas Allen Healy for Possession of Child Pornography (felony) 311.11(a) PC and 2 counts of Lewd and Lascivious act on a child under 14 years (felony) 288a PC.

In early January 2020, ICAC Task Force investigators received several tips from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. The tips reported a person, later identified as suspect Healy, was in possession of child pornography. Detectives learned Healy is currently a teacher at Los Gatos Christian School in San Jose.

On Friday, January 31, 2020, detectives located child pornography on Healy's electronic devices, and discovered Healy molested two children on January 4, 2020, at a department store in San Jose. Healy was subsequently arrested and booked into Santa Clara County Jail on the above listed charges.
