San Jose, Calif. -The San Jose Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in identifying a vandalism suspect shown in the linked photos and video. The suspect is responsible for a string of vandalisms where the suspect smashed several glass door and windows. The incidents occurred at the listed locations on Wednesday, April 22, 2020, between 3:15 AM and 6:00 AM. The Milpitas Police Department is also investigating three similar incidents involving the same suspect that occurred on the same date.

  • Case # 20-113-0095: Lee’s Sandwiches, 2525 S. King Rd., San Jose
  • Case # 20-113-0138: Lee’s Sandwiches, 2471 Berryessa Rd., San Jose
  • Case # 20-113-0148: 7 Leaves Cafe, 1743 Berryessa Rd., San Jose 
  • Case # 20-113-0180: Tastea, 1160 N. Capitol Ave., San Jose
  • Case # 20-113-0593: Pho Y #1 Noodle House, 2050 Concourse Dr., San Jose
Suspect Description: Asian or Hispanic male adult, 5' 6", 130 lbs, wearing a dark hoodie and dark pants.

Suspect Vehicle: Dark pick-up truck (possibly a Toyota Tacoma) with a chrome tool box in the bed of the truck.
