San Jose, Calif. - The San Jose Police Department's Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force/Child Exploitation Detail (CED) arrested suspect Estevan Gerardo Carrillo for possession of child pornography - 311.11(C) PC (felony).
On Monday, May 18, 2020, ICAC Task Force investigators received a cybertip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children that Carrillo was in possession of child pornography. During follow-up investigation, detectives confirmed that Carrillo was in possession of child pornography and worked as a paraeducator at Oak Grove High School in San Jose.
On Thursday, May 21, 2020, the San Jose Police Department's MERGE Unit executed a search warrant at Carrillo's residence in San Jose and took him into custody without incident. Carrillo was booked into Santa Clara County Jail on the above listed charge.
