On October 12, 2020, at approximately 2:03 AM, Officers responded to the intersection of King and Story Roads on a report of a person shot. When they arrived they located an adult male in his vehicle suffering from at least one gunshot wound. The male was transported to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injury and was pronounced deceased.
There are currently no suspects identified or apprehended. The motive and circumstances surrounding the incident are under investigation.
The identity of the victim will be released by the Santa Clara County Coroner’s Office after confirming the victim’s identity and notifying next of kin.
This is the City's 33rd homicide of 2020.
