SJPD Investigating Homicide #36

On October 17th, 2020 at approximately 3:41am, Officers responded to the area of Coyote Road and Delridge Drive on a report of a person stabbed. When they arrived they located an adult male suffering from at least one stab wound. The victim was transported to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injury and was pronounced deceased.

There are currently no suspects identified or apprehended. The motive and circumstances surrounding the incident are under investigation.

The identity of the victim will be released by the Santa Clara County Coroner’s Office after confirming the victim’s identity and notifying next of kin.

This is the City’s 36th homicide of 2020.
