On Sunday November 29th, at approximately 7:47pm, Officers were dispatched to the 400 block of N. Capitol Avenue on a report of a person down in the parking lot. When Officers arrived, they found a male victim suffering from at least one stab wound. The male was transported to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injury and was pronounced deceased.
There are currently no suspects identified or apprehended. The motive and circumstances surrounding the incident are under investigation.
The identity of the victim will be released by the Santa Clara County Coroner’s Office after confirming the victim’s identity and notifying next of kin.
This is the City's 42nd homicide of 2020.
