SJPD Investigating Homicide #11

On April 13th, 2021, at approximately 5:19 PM, Officers responded to the 2400 block of Dumont Circle on a welfare check call. When they arrived, they located an adult male suffering from suspicious trauma. The victim was declared deceased at the scene.

There are currently no suspects identified or apprehended. The motive and circumstances surrounding the incident are under investigation.

The identity of the victim will be released by the Santa Clara County Coroner’s Office after confirming the victim’s identity and notifying next of kin.

This is the City's 11th homicide of 2021.
