On April 18th, 2021, at approximately 3:08 PM, Officers responded to a solo vehicle collision in the area of Williams Road and San Tomas Expressway.
The preliminary investigation revealed the following:
A 2014 Porsche was traveling eastbound on Williams Road when the adult male driver lost control of the vehicle and collided with a tree. The driver was the sole occupant of the vehicle and was transported to a local hospital with life threatening injuries. Shortly after arriving the driver succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased.
This is the 12th fatal traffic collision for 2021.
The identity of the victim will be released by the Santa Clara County Coroner's Office after they confirm the victim’s identity and notify next of kin.
