On June 13th, 2021, at approximately 02:26 AM, Officers responded to the 2800 block of Donizetti Court on a report of a person stabbed. When they arrived, they located one adult male victim suffering from at least one stab wound. The victim was transported to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injury and was pronounced deceased.
The motive and circumstances surrounding the incident are under investigation.
The identity of the deceased victim will be released by the Santa Clara County Coroner’s Office after confirming the victim’s identity and notifying next of kin.
This is the City's 21st homicide of 2021.
