SJPD Investigates Suspicious Death

On May 19th, 2021, at approximately 10:30 PM, San José Police Officers responded to the Newby Landfill located at 1601 Dixon Landing Road. Employees located a deceased female at this facility. The investigation determined the deceased female was transported to the facility via routine landfill drop-off from a location in San José. The female was identified as 33-year-old Allycia Kelley. The details surrounding her death are currently under investigation.

We are asking for the public’s assistance with this case. Two photos have been added that depict recent changes to her appearance.
