On June 21st, 2018, at approximately 1:23 PM, three males who arrived in a black, approximately 2012 model year Lexus ES350 sedan, forcibly entered victim Khan Kieu’s residence on Misty Glen Court in San José. The heavyset driver, armed with a handgun, shot and killed the victim. The driver and the two other males (medium builds) then fled in the Lexus.

The San José Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying and locating the suspects in this case. Anyone with information on this homicide may contact Detective Sergeant Cary #2989 or Detective Ramirez #4201 at (408) 277-5283 or 2989@sanjoseca.gov.
