On Saturday, August 14th and Tuesday August 17th, 2021, the Shop with a Cop Foundation of Silicon Valley along with local law enforcement, San Francisco resident office of the FBI, Santa Clara County park rangers, Moffett Field 129th Security Force Squadron, elected officials, corporate leaders, and community volunteers will be in San Jose distributing backpacks and school supplies to over 1000+ pre-selected elementary school students. Due to Covid-19, this will be a no contact event. The Shop with a Cop Foundation of Silicon Valley's mission is to foster better relations between the police and the community. "We are pleased to participate in providing these students with the items they need to start the school year off right. Our local police officers want to help. These are challenging times.
