Public Notification of Arrest

The San José Police Department’s Sexual Assault Investigations Unit arrested Angel Vasquez, 36, for multiple felony crimes, including oral copulation against a child by force, kidnapping to commit a sexual offense, and robbery.

Angel Vasquez is accused of kidnapping and sexually assaulting a minor child. During the assault, some of the child’s belongings were taken. On August 23, 2021, Vasquez was located and arrested in San José and booked into Santa Clara County Jail.
