SJPD Investigating Homicide #30

On December 1st, 2021, at approximately 1:47 PM, Officers responded to the 3300 block of Holly Drive on a report of a person shot. Arriving Officers located an adult male suffering from at least one gunshot wound. Arriving Officers and paramedics provided life saving measures, but the male succumbed to his injury. The male was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The motive and circumstances surrounding the incident remain under investigation.

The identity of the deceased victim will be released by the Santa Clara County Coroner’s Office after confirming the victim’s identity and notifying next of kin.

This is the City's 30th homicide of 2021.
