The San José Police Department's Silicon Valley Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force/Child Exploitation Detail (CED) arrested suspect Aeneas Jailin Brown for Lewd and Lascivious acts on a minor. Brown was currently employed as a Librarian Media Aide at Sylvandale Middle School in the City of San José.
On May 26, 2022, a female victim aged 13 reported to her parents that she was sexually assaulted by Brown while at school the week before.
On June 1st, 2022, suspect Brown was arrested in San José and booked into the Santa Clara County Jail on one count of Lewd and Lascivious acts on a minor age 13 (Felony) — 288 (a).
