***UPDATE*** SJPD Arrests Suspect for Homicide #5

On March 14, 2023, at approximately 6:58 AM, Officers responded to the 1300 block of Foxdale Loop on a report of a deceased female at a residence. When they arrived, they located an adult female who was not conscious and not breathing. The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Homicide Detectives began a thorough investigation into this incident; the suspect was identified as Alejandro Mozo-Crisostomo, a resident of San José and the victim's husband. The suspect was arrested by Patrol Officers at his residence and booked into Santa Clara County Main Jail.

The motive and circumstances surrounding the incident are under investigation.

This was the City's 5th homicide of 2023.
