On August 4, 2023, at approximately 10:06 AM, Officers responded to the scene of a welfare check in the 1600 block of Parkmoor Avenue. Upon arrival, Officers located an adult female and a juvenile male suffering from at least one stab wound each. Both victims were pronounced deceased at the scene by responding medics.
The motive and circumstances surrounding the incident are under investigation.
The identity of the victims will be released by the Santa Clara County Coroner’s Office after confirming their identity and notifying next of kin.
This is the City's 23rd and 24th homicides of 2023.
