On October 25, 2023, at approximately 9:13 PM, Officers responded to the 1600 Block of Tully Road for a report of a shooting. Upon arrival, Officers located an adult male who was suffering from at least one gun shot wound. The male was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The suspect(s) are unknown and fled prior to police arrival. The motive and circumstances surrounding the incident are under investigation.
The identity of the victim will be released by the Santa Clara County Coroner’s Office after confirming the victim’s identity and notifying next of kin.
This is the City's 29th homicide of 2023.
