On January 28, 2024, at approximately 4:24 PM, Patrol Officers responded to the 1500 Block of Almaden Expressway for a report of stabbing. Upon arrival, Officers located an adult male victim that was suffering from at least one stab wound. The victim was transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries and subsequently pronounced deceased.
The motive and circumstances surrounding the incident are under investigation.
The identity of the victim will be released by the Santa Clara County Coroner’s Office after confirming the victim’s identity and notifying next of kin.
This is the City's 4th homicide of 2024.
