Media Advisory

On October 27, 2023, at approximately 4:51 PM, patrol Officers responded to the 1900 block of Story Road for a report of a home invasion robbery. Upon arrival, officers learned that three adult female suspects entered the victims' residence, took cash, identification information and miscellaneous items. The suspects fled the scene in a vehicle driven by a fourth suspect.  

SJPD Robbery Unit Detectives conducted a thorough investigation and identified Selena Milaichce, Xicmena Mihalaiche, and Stefan Dila (no image available) as three of the four suspects responsible for the home invasion.

On December 29, 2023, suspect Selena Milaichce was arrested in Southern California by the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department for an unrelated incident, and is pending extradition to San Jose for the home invasion. Detectives have obtained arrest warrants for suspects Xicmena Mihalaiche and Stefan Dila.

SJPD is asking for the public's assistance identifying the third unknown female suspect captured on surveillance video above. The suspect is described as a 30-45 year old female, approximately 5'02"-5'05", medium build, with light complexion.
