On December 13, 2024, at approximately 10:48 PM, San Jose Police Department Patrol Officers responded to a report of a kidnapping and assault with a deadly weapon that occurred in the 1300 block of Lexington Drive. The adult male suspect went to the juvenile female victim’s home and forced her into his vehicle against her will. The victim’s father and another adult female attempted to remove the victim from the suspect vehicle but were unsuccessful. The suspect reversed his vehicle, striking the adult female victim. The suspect then fled the scene with the juvenile victim inside the suspect vehicle.
The kidnapping victim was identified as Yasmin Carrera-Bravo. SJPD is asking for the public's assistance in locating victim Carrera-Bravo who is described as follows: 17-year old female, approximately 5’2” tall, 100lbs, with pink hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing gray and white pajamas.
The suspect was identified as 25-year-old Noah Pimentel and is described to be 5’9” tall, about 155lbs, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen with a white shirt. The suspect vehicle was described to be a 2006 silver Honda Accord with a California plate of 9NNZ977. The suspect vehicle may be missing a front bumper.
